Group of gay guys

We recognize that loss and change can take many forms and affect everyone differently. We aim to promote health, empowerment, and community, encouraging open conversation and guidance, and with that, together we thrive. To deepen connection and self-expression, we will incorporate art and writing activities that encourage reflection, creativity, and healing, fostering a sense of community, building self-confidence, and offering alternative ways to express thoughts and emotions that may be difficult to put into words.

We welcome you to speak about your experiences with grief and transitions at any stage, whether from fresh wounds to long-held pain, so you can find emotional support and shared healing.
